I've had ALL service & maintenance down at this Dealership and have always received excellent service and attention. everything from oil changes to warranty to recall procedures done quickly and without a hard "upsell" from the service advisors. more

The people are very noce 4/29/2015

Although I like the people, I have had nothing but problems with this car since I bought it. They have replaced approximately 8 different parts. One problem took them a year and a half to figure out. The most recent problem was a recalled part that took 3 weeks and they still did not get the part that was needed they used a substitute part. more

I have been going to Rick Case for over 8 years and 2 cars later I am still there. Would not go anywhere else. The professionalism is the best. Nothing is ever done without letting you see the need, part and full explanation of cost and time required. more

48 hours to replace a tire? 4/18/2015

How does it take 48 hours to replace a tire? Ask Hyundai because I do not know the answer!!! 9 phone calls with one return call to quote $385. After stoping in after work to confront them on the issue it was dropped to $185. This was at 5pm they could not complete the work as the technician had gone home even though their hours are to 6pm. Worst experience I have ever had with any dealership more
