They are always accommodating at Rick Case. I had to schedule this last appointment 3 times and had no problem. The service took as long as they told me it would. Everyone is very helpful. more

Freddy in Service, AJ and Nikky, Felicia are such amazing people. I broke down off the highway in a dangerous spot, and was so scared because my flashers did not work and I had no A/C on a hot Florida summer day. AJ and Nikki came to my rescue when we knew the Tow truck was not coming to get me. Freddy is always amazing and the reason I use the service department often since I do not live close by. Thank you to everyone at your dealership!!!! more

Checking in is easy...car returned (and not for the first time either) dirty, no floor mats down, car was parked in a lane of travel, and when you pick up you have to hunt for your car...poor customer service more

Scheduling Maintenance Service 9/18/2013

Maintenance team very accomodating in their flexibility of scheduling appointments. On my last two appointment, called the same day and was able to have maintenance performed on the same day. Works beautifully in my busy schedule. more

Very comfortable waiting area 9/14/2013

The waiting area is very comfortable with food and WiFi available makes waiting easier. Also the courtesy shuttle very convenient when advised work will take longer than expected. Driver very professional. more
