Good: One of the owners of the company stepped in when I had issues with the initial AC repairs. He then came on-site to make sure the work was done right and adjusted the bill in my favor.. Bad: Initial service call was disappointing. There were multiple problems and a high charge. I called the company to register a complaint.. Improvements: Mistakes happen. What defines a quality company is how they deal with mistakes. This company did a fantastic job in recovering from the initial issues. I could not ask for more.. Other: When owners/management take a hands-on approach, it makes all the difference..
