Worst

I went into the salon for my first time and had an appt for foil and haircut. The color was satisfactory but the stylist that cut my hair messed it up so, so badly. I didn't not...

Do you need a great sytlist? Lauren is the one for you.\r She knows all hair types and what products work best for your type of hair. Lauren is very good at her job and takes the time to listen and find out what you would like done to your hair.\r She is up to date on all trends and very chic herself!\r The salon is very clean and has a very professional staff.\r more

Awswesome Color and Cut by Jessica Guhy 4/21/2012

I had one of the best color and cut by Jessica Guhy. She has a great eye and her enthusiasm is phenomenal. I love what she's done with my hair. She is so personable and you immediately feel comfortable with her. You know your in good hands. The whole salon does an excellent job working together as a team. I was very impressed. Jessica did a great job and I definitely would recommend her to anyone. She's really on the ball and up to date with all aspects of hair care! more

Lauren is a Fantastic Stylist 4/12/2012

Lauren has been my stylist for years. She always knows just what my hair needs to look fabulous. Anytime i get my hair colored and cut, I always get tons of compliments and I couldn't be happier. She is very knowledgeable about current trends & the best new products. She also does the most amazing updos and her work has even been published in magazines! You're not going to find a better stylist in town!\r \r Also, the salon is just great! Everyone there is really friendly and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. more

Sandi has been my stylist for many years. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I always have compliments on my color, she knows just the right shade. She has kept me stylish and modern when I have slipped into ""Mom mode"". She listens and always puts the client at ease. I trust her completely with my hair and it is hard to find a stylist that can treat you so well. more

I had just moved to Collierville and was referred to Richard and Co. Salon by a co-worker. I was very nervous to see a new stylist because I am extremely picky and I have hard to deal with hair. I am so happy with my hair that I just had to write a review. \r Dawn Marie did a fabulous cut and color on my hair and I have gotten so many compliments that I’ve lost count. I'll never leave Aarin (Mason) Bruce! 2/21/2012

I'm one of those people who are 100% visual. I can't imagine how good or bad a haircut or color will look on me. I just have to see it, and then it's too late. A few years ago, I heard Aarin Bruce was really good with selecting colors for skin tones so I booked an appointment. I told her I needed something done, but wasn't sure what and a few people thought I should go dark--she said no. I am so very grateful. I no longer have to sort through hair pictures and celeb photos to print out and bring to an appointment. I leave it up to her and have never been let down. It's a lot less stressful when you can just sit back and trust someone enough to do a great job. more

I highly recommend your esthetician, Kasey. I was interested in having a Poly-Organic Brightening Peel, but was a little nervous about it. Kasey was very professional, gave me excellent advice on skin care, and made me feel so comfortable. I also loved the great atmosphere! I went to Kasey for my very first facial ever, and she was amazing! She listened to my concerns about my sensitive skin and made sure that I was comfortable with how my skin would feel during and after the treatment. My skin has never looked or felt better, I will definitely be getting facials from her regularly from now on! more

Jessica - Best Stylist Around!!!! 10/27/2011

Jessica Guhy is by far the best stylist I have ever been to. She is young and very talented!!!!! She talks about what you want and actually listens. She gives her opinion on what she thinks will look good and what won't. She recently did my 16 year old daughters hair and she loved it.....and we all know if you can please a 16 year old you are pretty impressive! If you are looking for a new dedicated hairdresser, you should definitely give Jessica a call! You will not be sorry!!!!!!! more

You should try my hairdresser! She is wonderful! I live in KY and drive to Collierville just for her to do my hair color and cut. I think she is very talented. She is young, easy going, and very sweet and friendly. She has a sense of style that I like. I can take a picture in from a friend or magazine and she talks to me about what would work on my hair, face shape and skin tone. I trust her completely! She does my Mom's hair too. So I know she can do traditional hair and edgy, new trendy hair too. I truly think you will be pleased. The Salon is very inviting. Everyone is friendly. Prices are reasonable too. I am so happy I have a stylist I can depend on to make me look and feel good about myself. Thanks! Jessica. (And thanks to my friend that referred me to her!) more

I WAS NEW TO THE COLLIERVILLE AREA AND WAS HAVING TROUBLE FINDING THE RIGHT STYLIST TO COLOR AND CUT MY HAIR.I WAS REFERRED CANDICE BY SEVERAL FRIENDS.CANDICE WAS AWESOME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. SHE LISTENED TO MY NEEDS AND WANTS AND GAVE ME ADVICE ON WHAT WAS BEST FOR ME AND MY HAIR.MY COLOR AND STYLE ARE EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND MORE. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AT SHOWING ME HOW TO STYLE MY HAIR AT HOME TO ACHIEVE THE RESULTS I WANTED.I ENJOYED THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE AT THE SALON AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND MADE ME FEEL AT HOME.IM SO HAPPY I FINALLY FOUND CANDICE AND MY NEW SALON HOME.CANDICE IS THE BEST!!! more

Christie is amazing with cut and color 4/20/2011

Found the salon on this website and dove in hoping for the best! Christie did a great job with my daughter's haircut. She was very attentive and delivered just what we hoped for. Then I needed a cut and color. We are new to the area and I have struggled to find a stylist. So happy to finally have a great haircut and the perfect color. She knows her stuff!!! more

We Love ' MONICA '. She has been doing my family's hair for about 4 yrs now. I love going into the Salon. Everyone is so friendly. All the girl's & guy ( lol ) that work at Richard & Co. always makes you feel like you're family. Monica is always trying to find new ways to fix hair. She is always going to classes to find the lastest Trend for hair styles. She just got back from LA. ,. a trip she won for a hair show. She learned this new style of cut. My daughter April was the 1st or 2nd person she tried it on. She looks awsome .So if you are looking for a great hair stylist with a great personality and really cares about what you want, well "" MONICA ""IS YOUR GIRL. Also hats off to all the other girls & guy that works there. They are wonderful too.. RICHARD & CO. SALON is the best. Keep up the good work. They also sell jewlery. Aarin Rocks! 2/22/2011

I was referred to Aarin by a friend and now I see why. Aarin was not only very willing to listen to what I wanted and patient as I showed her countless pictures, but also offered great advice on what would work best with my type of hair. After the many pictures and not so great explanations of what I wanted, it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. I now have a stylist for life. more
