Haywood Rich designed and built a porch on my house at Colonial Beach. I have used the services of many contractors over the years and I can tell you that I have rarely run across one who is more professional and exacting than Haywood. This man is very concerned with doing the job right. If something is not right, he will stop and figure out what the problem is and correct it on the spot. He is honest and prices his work fairly. If he says he will do something, you can count on him to do it. I highly recommend him for any work you need.....he does it all.
