I read the reviews and noticed compliments for Nicole. I am happy for you people but the longer she did my hair the harder it was getting to take care of in fact after coloring my hair it was starting to fall out. I trusted her like the majority of people do with there hair stylist but I finally had to cancel and now try to find another salon. There are alot of stylists in Ricca but would you feel comfortable going back and trying someone else? Whehter man or woman our hair is important to us and going to a new salon is scary. I felt at ease my first visit and it slowly change. I think when a stylist is tired of doing your hair they should be honest enough to say so. We work hard for our money just like they do. Look for the little things that change like leaving hair color on your face that you have to go home and redo your makeup before you can go any place else or the stylist cuts your hair to short knowing in advance how you would like your hair or the fact that you have been a loyal customer. :( more

I have been going there for a long time and I love it there. I only go to Katherine. She is awesome! I am moving to Texas tomorrow and I am coming back in 2 months just to have her do my hair. I had a really bad experience at a very well-known threading place in Orange County. They completely messed up my brows and it has taken a year to undo the damage. Luckily, I stumbled on Sameera at Ricca one afternoon 9 months ago and have never looked back. It' s taken a year for the damage to be repaired. I saw this place on the 11 O'clock news and thought "what a great place to have donated their services to that womans shelter" It also looked beautiful on T.V. so I wanted to check it out. Well turns out that the appointment was easy I called 714-671-0555 because the number here is the wrong one. The salon itself is gorgeous, the people very stylish. I knew right away that I chose the right place. The manager introduced me to my hair stylist and assured me that she would do an excellent job. She was incredible, made me feel like she understood exactly what I was looking for. I wear my hair with a shoulder length bob and it requires someone that really knows how to cut. I will not ever use this Salon again. Tracy Mills was a terrible hairstylist and did not provide the service that was even close to the price she charged me. I left feeling that I had the worst cut and color I have ever had. For those out there looking for a decent Salon. Ricca Donna is not the salon you want. This is an incredible salon. Mae is just a doll. She made me look beautiful which is not easy! I had my hair colored and highlighted and for the first time my hair felt better after my chemical service than when I came in. She listened to me! and gave me everything just the way I wanted. A natural Brown with subtle highlights to break it up. My Blowdry was meticulously perfect. Then to top it off I met Rhoda in their med spa for Botox. This place is great, a true one stop shop. I would highly recommend Veronica Romero! She is an AMAZING stylist!! I'm very particular about my hair and the way I like it cut, usually having to resort to instructing stylists exactly how I like it done. However, Veronica just does her thing and my hair comes out perfectly every time. I can't tell you the number of compliments I get after an appointment with her. She is extremely talented, creative, friendly and professional. I've recommended several of my friends, all of whom rave about her service and continually return to her. Hairstylist Tony is great. His only concern is your satisfaction. He will make recommendations and suggestions but he ultimately knows "Customer Service." More than my money's worth. Noel Picco is the best hair stylist. You always leave there feeling like a million dollars. I have been going to her for 5 years. She is very knowledgable, friendly, and always succeeds in making sure that my ultimate satisfaction is achieved.
