Family owned and operated-Owner operated. BBQ is not a high maintenance service industry! Either you can cook it or you can't and The Rib Shack can definitely COOK-it. BBQ is also not typically a cooked to order cuisine either considering it takes hours to properly smoke BBQ. You should expect to order you food and eat it!
This place is AWESOME!! Glad to see you folks have returned!!!! well worth going out of your way for! Depending on what day and time you go there could be a slight wait, but it's worth it! The sauce is good, the ice tea is cold and bottomless!
