They don't honor your time, your money, or your property. We hit many snags during our project and it was all on them -- poor planning, terrible communication, mediocre cleanup, etc. They cashed my deposit check and then went dark -- Had to call them more than once to get them to come back to the house. If you cancel the contract on these people, their lawyer will send you a letter... but it's OK if they take your money and then leave you hanging. SMH. more

Not a Trustworthy Company 6/26/2019

I hired this company to work on my house. Communication was poor, timeliness was terrible, and they damaged my property. It's been less than a year and part of the work has already fallen off the house. They also said one thing, then did another (or failed to do anything at all). I have actual proof of this and when I contacted RIHI to discuss w/ them, they basically called me out on my evidence. That takes nerve! That's exactly how oily operations operate! My advice to you: do your research and spend your $$$ elsewhere... more

Worst Ever - Horrible people 7/4/2018

I don't know if 0 stars is possible. I wish I had found the bad reviews a few weeks ago. I know. I signed the paperwork. I cancelled. It should have been in a reasonable time frame. I asked for my money back. No money returned. Instead they are threatening to sue me for the full cost of job they didn't and for an outrageous cost that had no bases on the nature and scope of the job. Do not get involved with this company. Run for the hills. more
