There were 3 lots cleared near my house. I had rats move into my garage, then into my kitchen very quickly. A rat ate through my dishwasher water line flooding my kitchen. I contracted Reynold’s Pest Management to get rid of the rats, 07/31/2019 for $920. I thought that was expensive. The rats were eating me out of house and home so I agreed to it. I told them I had rats in my kitchen. They put traps outside. I told them I had rats in my garage. They put traps in the attic and sealed the attic from the outside. They did put traps in the garage and kitchen. They said they got 4 rats in the attic. They didn’t get any rats in the garage. I got 2 rats with my own traps in the garage. They didn’t get any rats in my kitchen. I had the manager over a few times showing him the damage the rats were doing. A rat ate through the refrigerator water line starting another flood. The rats were eating the bread on the refrigerator. We show the manager the super highways the rats made under our kitchen sink and behind the TV in the living rooms. They moved the traps. No active with the traps. After trapping the 4 rats in the attic, Reynold’s did not catch another rat. I trapped the rats in the kitchen with my own traps. The Reynold’s experience cost me $230 per rat they trapped and they did not get one single rat in my kitchen. While I was on vacation in October, Reynold’s came by to check the 4 outside traps that had not produced one single rat. They sent me a bill for $45. Reynold’s was a waist of money.
