On a personal level, I can't agree with any of the previous reviews. My husband and I were being PCS'd to Ft. Bliss. I called and e-mailed several property management companies. Rental Network and Alice were the only ones that stayed in touch with us. The other companies either didn't bother to reply at all or simply LIED about property I inquired about saying it had been rented when indeed it is still on the available for rent list. As we were driving through Dallas I called Rental Network and the receptionist took my message about needing to find a place to live and literally within 5 minutes Alice was calling me back. When we got in the next day, we called to confirm we were in El Paso and Alice showed us properties that very day. She diligently stayed in contact with us. Within 3 days we had found the right place for us. We moved in 4 days later. Within one week everything was in place for us to be settled. Alice got the job done. She is simply to the point, gives you the information you need and let's you decide. I call that efficient. In all honesty, with the lack of concern from other agencies, I don't know where we would be without Alice. We are in a nice place, reasonable rent and in the 2 weeks we have been here have gotten EXCELLENT service from both Alice and the contractors Rental Network employs. She has called us on numerous occassions to see if things are getting done and to schedule appontments for things that have needed attention. I would highly recommend both Rental Network and Alice.
