This company is absolutely terrible, THE WORST EVER!!!!!! I use Embarq/Century Link for my home and business for telephone and internet services and customer service is just AWFUL. I haven't had any internet service for my home since I first ordered it yet they continue to bill me for it. I tried many attempts with technical support all with no sucess and several attempts with repair technicians so I finally canceled it and they refuse to take the charges off my bill. I think Carrie one of the supervisors is CRAZY, who pays for services that they haven't received. I feel one of the many problems with this company is with their scheduling. They sent over a technician on an unscheduled appointment day. I requested an appointment for a Monday and some random third-party tech comes to my house unannounced on a Sunday. I feel like Century Link does not practice fair business to their customers. Billing customers for services they have not received is just not right. I an extremely more

dropppped calls 8/11/2005

guys if you are looking for a new cell phone provider don't go sprint they lure your with great rates and low deposits, but they don't tell you how bad there local service is dropped calls and local roaming charges are a few of the issues i have dealt with not to mention there poor customer service. more

Sprint Telephone Company. 2340 E Tropicana Ave LV, NV 89119 8/1/2005

The store is on the S. Eastern Ave side of the shopping center. You can pay your Sprint phone bill here. There is also a drop box inside the building and also on the outside of the building. If you need customer service there are courtesy phones you can use to call. They also have a retail section for phone sales. You can enter the parking lot from S. Eastern or E. Tropicana. Top of the line Mobile service 7/31/2005

I have been a sprint client for around 7 years now and have never had a problem with the Mobile service.. I even went as to go and put my family on the plan with me.. we share the minutes and have never went over our minutes they are very informative and send lots af updates... more

Phone Company 7/31/2005

I've used this phone company for many years and have found them to be just fine. Often I've been to this office to pay a monthly bill or get my phone number changed. They once charged me $35.00 to change my home phone number, but my cell phone company did it for free. So, whatever that's worth. One thing you should never do is change you long distance service from Sprint to MCI or anyone else. Even though they pay you for the change, you will be paying them back in the long run. They have ways of charging you all sorts of stupid fees. It's best to just leave it alone and use Sprint for both your local and long distance. Plus, you only get one bill that way instead of two, one with Sprint for local and MCI for long distance. It's a hassle that's not worth it. more
