Good Timely Service 8/20/2018

Technicians were on time, explained the procedure, and performed the service. They were neat, and efficient. The faulty pump was replaced and they checked system to insure everything was operating properly. Highly recommended. more

Central AC installation 4/21/2018

Roy, the tech engineer clearly explained all our options clearly & responded to all our questions. The installation process took four days and Mike & Mark were pleasant & accommodating. Each day before they left everything was cleaned up. Ken, the electrician patiently explained the various controls and gauges. All in all the process was minimally disruptive and the men were all very professional. more

Installation of HVAC 3/14/2018

We had two A/C and heating units installed. From sales (Pete) to the installation (Ed H.) we received 5 star service and treatment. Ed and his team started on time, finished each day by cleaning excess debris and were mindful of our dogs when entering and leaving the house. We would unconditionally recommend Reiner Group and the staff they employ. more

Service visit - 12-14-17 12/14/2017

I had the distinct pleasure of meeting the team of Anthony G. and Luis today for the replacement of my old AC unit. Both workers were organized and made sure, as soon as they got inside the house that the tarp was laid out on the rugs that lead to the work area. Both worked hard throughout their stay in my home and when their work day was over, they left everything exactly how it was when they arrived—neat and clean. Anthony was always available to answer any of my questions and always made sure he informed me of what was being done. Being a long-time customer of Reiner Group, it gives me great pleasure to know that their employees are very knowledgeable and professional. more

Andre is the perfect service rep. He's smart, knowledgeable, skilled, professional, creative, and friendly. If the rating system allowed us to give him ten stars, we would give them to him without hesitation. If Reiner & Co. has an employee recognition system, we nominate him for a top award including a cash bonus. FYI, we are not related to Andre or friends. We meet him for the 1st time on 10/24/17 when he came to our home to check our AC & Hot water system. more
