Pleasant Surprise 8/9/2010

I was at GH mall shopping yesterday, with no plans for a haircut. On my way to the car I passed Regis and decided to run in to get a quick cut to remedy a TERRIBLE cut I got a couple of weeks ago (not at Regis). Udom cut my hair, and she did an excellent job! She was efficient, confident in what she was doing, and rather quiet. I appreciate these qualities, and I would definitely see her for future cuts. more

I brought a picture of the haircut I wanted, I know that I can't get exactly the same haircut as a picture but what I got was nothing like it. I only have layers on one side of my head!! The girl who cut my hair did NOT know what she was doing and someone had to help her with the layering and my bangs. I didn't notice the uneven-ness of my hair until I got home because the girl had curled my hair under as well as my bangs!! I looked like I came from the 1990s. I will NEVER return to that salon again. Now I have to pay for another hair cut to even out my hair and my chunky layers. I will ask for a refund for sure. Cons: Inexperienced staff, bad listening skills more

Nice work at a great price 1/24/2003

I went here at the last minute when my stylist at Trim canceled. I got a good haircut for $21 a much better deal then Trip or Rodney Gaven. The atmoshpere is stale but you save money. more
