\r We have given this company over $100,000 in the past 15 years. They used to be good but have went down hill so bad. I dropped my truck off at 7:30 am and it was done @ 11:00. that is 3.5 hours. Brian charged me $507.00 in labor for 3.5 hours of work. Their rate is $92.00 per hour. I argued the charge and Brian wouldn't do anything. Then they charged me $443 for a plow bracket when you can but them all day from Western for $297 W/ Mounting adapters, Next Brian wanted to charge me $320 for those. Regional truck IS THE BIGGEST SCAM ARTIST AROUND. They also in a brand new truck burned cigarette holes in my liner and their mechanic smeared grease on a cloth seat of a brand new truck. There is no way to ever get all off. And last but not least they mounted my salter controller to the floor when I gave them the bracket to mount it on. The were great at one time but since money got tight for them they are cutting corners and ripping people off. more
