I discoverd pilates through a foot injury. My excercise plan inclued running outdoors or on an eliptical. When I injured my foot, running was out for months. I was terribly frustrated not being able to work out and heard about pilates through my massure, who explained I could get a great workout even with my injury. He recommened Reforming Indy and said I would surely be pleased with my results within 2 months...boy was he right!! I am so glad now for my injury--I can't imagine life without pilates! Not only is the studio first class, but so are the instructors. Kristin is extremly knowledgeable, professional yet very warm and personable. She will leave your muscles screaming the next day! I have enjoyed meeting and working out with others in the class. I have also enjoyed & benefited from Todd & Meryls classes as well and recommend both. I have also been to both locations and impressed with the decor and high caliber equipement at each.
