Although Reds, Wines & Blues was a bit hidden from sight I entered the door to be greeted by the Chef/Owner standing behind the bar/deli.  Ordering a glass of Chardonnay to relax my days woes I lifted the menu and began to search.  I found an extensive menu full of burgers, phillys, and Boars Head Brand sandwiches.  I craved pasta however the two pasta dishes on the menu did not appeal to me.  Chef Amber who noticed my pondering asked what I was craving.  ""Craving an Alfredo"" I answered.  She promptly said give me a few moments.  She left the deli and within 5-10 minutes returned with a bowl full of fresh alfredo and grilled chicken.  Curving my craving I felt special and continued a conversation with Chef Amber throughout the duration of my lunch.  Upon receiving my bill I was shocked to see I had not been charged any special charge for this attention.  My hats off to Chef Amber and best of luck to Reds, Wines & Blues.
