We've been customers of the Redmond Fall City Animal Hospital since we moved to the east side in 2000. They've treated both of our golden retrievers and a few years back helped us send out family kitty to cat heaven. This is absolutely the best animal care I have ever encountered. Dr. Millet is an exceptional veterinarian who is professional, friendly, and thorough. She has taken such great care of our two cats and has always been responsive to our concerns and communication. I recommend her without reservation. more

I would recommend not taking your pets here. The staff and the medical care they are given is not what anyone would want to experience for their animal. They are expensive and they could care less how you feel as the owner. more

I've just had the WORST experience at Redmond Fall City Animal Hospital. I will NEVER be back there. No compassion, no caring, no explanations. \r \r If you care about how you and your animal will be treated, please go elsewhere. My 6 month old kitten had complications from a surgery and I was treated like I was bothering them. Rude on the phone, rude in person.... *sigh* \r \r Post Op 1 day - He is bleeding and has lost a fair amount of blood for a kitten. I took him into the clinic immediately. Once I got there, 5 receptionists and vet techs were starring at me like I was crazy. Then, RACHEL (a mean and heartless tech) stands up and says, "I'll deal with this" and walks over to take my kitten! WHAT? Deal with this???? He had bled all over my dining room! How about some compassion? How about treating me like I was doing the right thing by bringing him back in? Instead, Rachel made me feel like an idiot. This is not the first time I have dealt with her, but it will be the last. \r \r Finally more

If my kitten needs any additional follow-up care, we will not be going back to RFCAH. We are now on a mission to find a new vet. I will make it a point to share this story via email with the 400+ cat owners at Microsoft. I never want anyone to be treated this way again. more

The staff was compassionate, professional, empathetic and supportive when we brought in our very sick little dog. As a local dog trainer I have the opportunity to see the inner workings of many area vets and I can easily say that the vets and staff here are as engaged and kind to pets behind the scenes as they are when face to face with their clients. more

My dog, Booda, loves all of the staff here! They are always so friendly and really do care about your pet. He is excited every time we have an appointment. They give lots of treats and praises. I feel safe with leaving him there, knowing that they will give him the best care. It can be pricey, but the quality of care is worth the cost. Dr. Cox is great! more

We are long time customers of Redmond-Fall City Animal Hospital. I was just looking over your website, and wanted to send some of my thoughts. I first met Dr. Hartung around 11 years ago when I brought her our demented beagle (rest her soul). She has seen us through happy and sad times, with style and grace. I consider her a trusted and revered member of our family. Also, Dana has done some pet-sitting for us, and I know that I can call her anytime with questions/concerns about our pets, and I can trust her judgment and advice. I really appreciate that. We recently had our new addition, Vik the Icelandic Sheepdog, neutered by Dr. Hartung. He developed some post-op complications, and we were immediately invited in for evaluation. That gave me the opportunity to meet Dr. Maillet. I was very impressed with her ability to listen to my concerns, and how she expertly figured out the problem. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and I trusted her right away. I'm happy to report that Vik is feeling SO much better today. Me, too, as I was very worried about him. I see a lot of changes happening at Redmond-Fall City Animal Hospital, and they are wonderful. I look forward to many years of bringing you our beloved pets. more

Last week we realized that we would need to put our 13.5 year old lab down. We set the appointment for Tuesday at 10:00am -- Our dear lab Dylan, spent the night with us on the family room floor and all the kids got to say goodbye. His last gift to us was to pass away about 2:30am Tuesday on his own. We contacted Redmond Fall City Hospital and they helped us take care of the final steps. When we arrived, we were embraced by a caring staff that assisted us in placing Dylan for his cremation. They were incredibly caring and supportive. I would highly recommend them to anyone that loves dogs and cares for every step in the journey of life. We will be bringing our little boy (3lb Chihuahua) in for neutering. They do everything great. Redmond-Fall City Animal Hospital I love this place! They give consistent, thorough care. Dr. Hartung and Dr. Cox are absolutely top notch. I cannot say enough good things about the care my pets (and I) have received here. They always have time for me, and they never make me wait more than a few minutes once I arrive. I have been going to Redmond Fall City Animal Hospital for approx 15 years. Terri Hartung and staff go above and beyond the usual vet "duties". They are all wonderful, caring people that work there. I would recommend them without a doubt. more
