As a frequent traveler and art lover, I stumble into any shop that looks like the owners might share my interest in Form meeting Function. I had read about this Frame Shop in Minnesota Monthly - that they host original art shows, politcal functions, etc. - so I made the trip down to Red Wing. I'm glad I did! John & Val Becker, the owners, not only spent plenty of time listening and giving me ideas about matting and the best and inexpensive ideas for frames, but what great people! more

Professional and positive experience 9/20/2005

Sometimes you have to drive outside the Twin Cities to experienced old-fashioned customer service. A friend recommended this frame shop based on her positive experience. The frame designer invested considerable time in helping me and I felt I ended up with a superior design and she pointed out where I could save some money.
