good burgers 4/17/2006

My husband, the kids and I have eaten at Red Robin two times in the past few months. Both times have been very pleasant. We always get served promptly. The waitstaff is always pleasant and smiling. Our food always served hot and to perfection! We love their THICK fries! They have GREAT, thick milkshakes...YUM! Great kids menu too! Clean and pleastant atmosphere! more

Always a hit 4/6/2006

I think Red Robin wherever you go is great. They usually have the same things on the menu, with a few exceptions. My favorite is the crispy chicken salad and baked potato soup. Always great and never disappointed. I do only go to one Red Robin out of the 3 in Spokane. The one in the valley has the best service by far. We had to wait for our waitress for over 20 minutes just to get our water and then our food didn't come for a hour and a half later. This was at the one downtown by Riverfront Mall. A salad and sandwhich don't require grilling or anything so it was a little frustrating. Other than that Red Robin always is a hit with everyone. more

Red Robin 4/4/2006

I love Red Robin. They have such great American food there and the servers are always so nice. My favorite was the Sour Cream and Ranch Chicken Burger which they have discontinued. Their burgers there are great and so are their salads. The prices are also very affordable. Yum! more

Red Robin 4/2/2006

Red Robin is my favorite place to eat. They have a great selection of burgers and beer. The food always tastes great and if it doesn't, for any reason, they'll take it back until you're satisfied. The waiters and waitresses are also very nice. And they always seem to remember to fill up my drink with out me asking. I find that to be a very rare thing in other restaurants. more

Red Robin 3/30/2006

I've been to Red Robin a few times and I love their food. But their service isn't very good. Me and my boyfriend went there and just to get a server it took about 20 min. After ordering are food we still didn't recieve it half an hour later. The table next to us, who ordered after us got there food. We asked the server where our food is and she said she'd check on it it. We waited about ten min. later and still no food. We finally just left. more

Red Robin 3/27/2006

Before my son was born, my husband and I were at Red Robin almost every weekend. The service and food are great! There was one time where they kept bringing me cold soup, so finally the third time around the manager came over to our table and told us he'd be taking that meal off of our ticket. When they brought the soup it was too hot to eat. Which, of course, I didn't mind. It was hot, not cold. more
