We went to lunch here and we weren't greeted and we waited since it said wait to be seated and then when ""Flo"" came around the corner, she didn't walk us to a table she said there's open tables near the window and pointed in the direction. The water tasted bad the food was sub par and cream puffs had the smallest amount of cream cheese I have ever seen in a cream puff. Some of it tasted good but over all eww. Seriously sub-par 10/15/2007

Please do not visit the Red Moon cafe. It was full of people when we went, and the single buffet counter was all out of food during the lunch hour. Oddly enough, this food was tasteless anyways, which is odd why it attracted so many people. Drinks are extra and so is ice creame/dessert. For lunch there was one counter with several choices as well as soup. Anouther counter held very old looking salad and fruit from cans. Pros: Convenient to stop in Cons: Horrible food, and not enough food to get it from the buffet without waiting. more

Best Chinese Buffet in Eden Prairie 6/18/2007

There are a lot of Chinese buffets in the Eden Prairie city limits. None of them are great, but the best is Red Moon. They have the best selection of buffet items and keep everything fresh. No Chinese employees here though, from what I saw. I guess that doesn't make much of a difference. You will leave very full! no joking best chinese 7/12/2006

Ok, let's be honest, this restaurant is as run-of-the-mill as you can possibly find in the Twin Cities when it comes to style. They have strange caucasion waitresses during the lunch hour (not a problem, just interesting and well, DIFFERENT!). The decorations are fine, nothing special. The buffet is good but not gratuitous like those trashy look-alike China buffets. Pros: FOOD, FOOD, FOOD Cons: radio music, suburban location, lack of liquor more

Becoming lower quality ingredients, less meat, more and more low grade veges, like celery, etc. Still the best sauce around. more
