The best in Chattanooga 4/11/2012

My family has used this veterinary clinic since Dr. Conley used the small building adjacent to their current building. He and his fellow vets have always provided top notch care and compassion. I would recommend him and his fellow vets to anyone. more

RBAH has the best service and veterinarians in the city! 10/25/2009

Dr. Conley, Dr. Kolb, and Dr. Wilke are the most intelligent, most compassionate vets I have come across. We have what I consider to be wild kingdom, and they have always treated each one of our babies with love and tip top service! I would recommend them to anyone and do recommend them to everyone! Pros: Very compassionate, pleasant staff Cons: No drawbacks other than they aren't cloned! more

Very Rude Staff 8/18/2009

This vet has the rudest staff I have ever had the displeasure of have to work with. Someone needs to teach them how to speak to paying customers. I feel sorry for the vet because he seems OK. I would rather spend my money somewhere, I feel appreciated. I won't ever return there. Because of the staff, I didn't even want to rate this vet with 1 star. The 8/22/06 comment proves the point. Pros: Vet is Very Nice Cons: Worst Customer Service In Chattanooga more

Wonderful Doctors 8/17/2006

I dont care what anyone else says about this animal hospital, they need to get their facts straight, these 3 doctors are great! Always there if I need any of them including the whole staff. They have saved plenty of my animals and they go for broke. Will never go anywhere else. PROS: Greatest Vets and Staff CONS: none more

Awful treatment for my dog 8/3/2005

My dog was sick. The vet failed to look at the lab work before diagnosing her. He ordered some different tests because "he just didn't know what was going on" when it was clear by her lab work what was wrong. He gave up on her and wanted to put her to sleep. She is still alive well over 2 months later. The vet was only feeding her one can of food a day. This was for a 70lb. dog. Our new vet said she would have slowly starved to death at that rate. We are extremely disappointed in the quality of care we received from this vet. When we initially went in, we waited over 30 minutes in the exam room just for someone to come in and look at her. We were there for over 4 hours. All he did was some blood work and took a couple of x-rays. When we came to visit, the vet kept telling us that we appeared to be very attached to our dog. Well, of course we are! She's part of the family. I thought that was a ridiculous statement to make. PROS: CONS: Not compassionate more

Compassionate Pet Care 6/23/2005

My husband and I have patronized Red Bank Animal Hospital for the care of our cats for the past five years. Our experience has been very positive. Up until this past year, we have primarily used them for our cat's annual physical exams, and shots. Their examinations are thorough and fees are in line with other Vet clinics in the area. However, this past month we had the heart breaking experience of losing one of our cats to a sudden unexpected illness. They provided emergency treatment, cared for our cat overnight, and the attending Vet even came in early on Saturday to check on our cat's status. She was extremely compassionate when she called with the sad news that our beloved cat had passed away. The clinic even sent us a sympathy card the next week. The clinic is conveniently located on Dayton Boulevard in Red Bank, less than 5 miles from downtown Chattanooga. It is open Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and half a day on Saturdays. I highly recommend that you make an app more
