Re-Bath of Wilmington installed a new shower, new tub, and replaced the countertops. They did a good job. I thought it was a little expensive but they were very good.

Fantastic 1/23/2014

Re-Bath of Wilmington had to redo the whole floors and they did a fantastic job. They did everything they said they'd do and I appreciated that. There were no shortcuts in the work. more

Couldn't have asked for better service. 10/24/2013

We worked with Re-Bath of Wilmington to replace a bathtub with a shower unit. It looks awesome. Tim is truly outstanding. He was here when he said he would be, personable, sure to clean up after himself, and capable of doing an outstanding job. We could not have been happier with him. more

Re-Bath of Wilmington was good overall. I felt that they were slow with the installation. They're a bit overpriced, but it is a good product. One of the installers wanted to talk more than do work. Despite all that, I was very satisfied with the final product. more

Professional and polite. Good work. Great experience. 9/20/2013

My experience with Re-Bath of Wilmington was great. We had them work on the fixtures and shower rod in our tub. The technician was very professional, polite, and courteous. He came out at the time he said he would and was very accommodating to my schedule. He cleaned up the area after his work was done. The only problem I had was that he forgot to install the shower rod. Other than this, he did a good job. more

Happy to share how well they did on our bathroom 7/23/2013

Re-Bath of Wilmington worked on our entire second bathroom from scratch, installing a tub, shower, bath shelves, and extra bars. It all came out great. I'll never hesitate to recommend them. more

Quality work. 7/8/2013

We met with them and they told us what they could do. They gave us an estimate and we set a date. The work they did looks very good. We haven't actually used it yet other than just turning it on. It's a steam shower so it needs a special kind of door and we haven't put it on yet since we have to get it from another vendor. more

I am so pleased with my new bathroom. Not only was the installation as promised and went smoothly, it exceeded my expectations. The installer was so professional and knowledgeable about the product and construction that I have total faith in the longevity of my bathroom. It is amazing how quickly they can transform a room! more

I was very pleased with the work and staff of Re-Bath. Even with unexpected obstacles they were able to deliver a great solution. They certainly went the extra mile in challenging circumstances. The staff was professional and really seemed to want a successful job. I would certainly recommend. more

Their service deserves a six. I was very satisfied with them. The young man that put in my new bath was very conscientious and a steady worker. He finished it a day longer than I was told, but that was not his fault. He had to wait on a building inspector to come and inspect it, and that threw him behind. He still finished in the same number of days he told me, though. You know, I expect those things. I was pleased with the new bath. I love it. I've got a bad back and bad knees, and I had a shower with no bars. To get in and out was a challenge, and I'd look for any excuse not to take a shower. Now I can slide the door open, step in, grab the bar, and I'm steady on my feet. I'm 89 years old, I expect that, but now I don't look for an excuse not to take a shower; I kind of look forward to it. more

They really did good. It was a good experience. 4/26/2012

It was a good experience. The guy who came out to install it discovered a problem underneath the bathroom. We got that fixed and he was back the next morning to continue the job. They were very professional and helpful. It all was done in two or three days and was not dragged out. more

Re-Bath of Wilmington is excellent. The guy that came out to do the work was certainty knowledgeable and he didn't track anything in or out as he did the job. He stayed on the job and he simply took his lunch out of his trailer. He was very courteous and professional. more

There was no problems and everything looks good. We have had Re-Bath of Wilmington do work for us before. They had done one of our bathrooms in the past, and completed another one more recently. The two men (Brian and Josh) that did the work did a great job and they are welcome back in our home anytime. more

I love them. Tim did a excellent job. The only problem that I found was the base is not elevated enough, so the water doesn't run out easily. As far as the people and the organization, they were wonderful. They were fast and did the job in one day. They had the inspector ready and all their ducks in a row. I have nothing but praise for them. more

Outstanding! Did a custom bathroom for us 6/10/2011

The manager of Re-Bath of Wilmington was hands-on and here all the time. We wanted to do something more than what Re-Bath usually does. They did customized remodeling for our bathroom and installed quartz slabs in the shower. We wanted something like an upper-style bathroom. We were shopping around for contractors and Re-Bath of Wilmington was close to our house. We had called different contractors but we were very disappointed. We went to their showroom and talked to them about what we wanted to accomplish. The manager was outstanding and knew all about remodeling. more

Re-Bath of Wilmington does what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it! 4/25/2011

We used Re-Bath of Wilmington to remodel our bathroom. The serviceman that came in to do the installation, was terrific. He was conscious of my existence and of my home. He was so helpful and took time to answer questions and to let me know what he was doing as he went. Even the sales experience was no pressure and easy to go through. I highly recommend them. more

Re-Bath of Wilmington installed a beautiful shower for us. We have no complaints! We are very satisfied with Tim. During the installation, the worker let us know that it would be a bit noisy for a bit, but it was not too bad at all. We've had no problems whatsoever and I've been enjoying every minute of it. more

I am absolutely pleased and happy with Re-Bath of Wilmington. They've been great! They guys are great, man! The guy who did the work really knew what he was doing. I mean really. For instance, I found it strange that I never saw the guy take a lunch break. I peaked out the window one day, and he had a small crock pot in the back of his truck: he was eating while he was working! Just a smart way to work. This guy was meticulous! He cleaned up after, and the work was perfect: everything was lined up perfectly! The guy was good, Re-Bath was good, and everybody always double checked with me. I have nothing but good things to say about Re-Bath of Wilmington. more
