Re-Bath

Re-Bath of Mid Florida's salesman Billy was very informative and didn't rush us. I had a lot of doubts about the product to begin with and wasn't crazy about it, so I asked him a lot of questions. He took the time and was patient to answer the questions fully. Once the project began, they were on time, he came and left on time, and he called ahead if he was ever going to be even a few minutes late. Since the installation, if there is a small correction with our faucet or a bit of hole in the caulking they sent someone out right away. The communication with the office, the salesman, and the installers is great. The followup care was really good as well. The product has held up well and they have been good to answer any questions - things like I had to call to ask how to get the drain out of the tub. They answer you with a smile and they encourage you to call with questions. more

Everything about Re-Bath of Mid Florida is great. I have nothing but raves about them. They replaced an old steel rusty bathtub with a shower for me. The materials were top of the line and easy to clean. The workmanship was wonderful. The installer forgot to caulk one place that was easy to miss but the same day I called, they came out to ameliorate it. Great customer service. more

They did a rebath on an upstairs unit for me that was an over sized shower stall. The shower pan was leaking, and when the person came I told them about that. They said no problem, and that they custom make shower pans. He said it would take about 3-4 weeks before they got everything, but within the next day or two they called and said they were ready to do the install. When they came out it was not a custom shower pan, it was just a flat piece of material laid in place. They said that's just how they do it, but I said that's not what I was expecting. They did the install, and put a lot of material down, but it still leaked after I tested it. Getting them to come out and fix that was hard. I thought they should have made the effort to reach out and come but I had to contact them and end up speaking with the owner to get them to come. They came out three times before it was finally good, and they ended up having to replace the drain system. They did get the problem corrected though, so I can't fault them on that. I just felt like I was put in a situation where they were saying, "we want to get paid, we want to get paid," when they hadn't finished the job yet. Overall the finished product is what I expected though. more

We met at a home show. From there, we were contacted by the people at Re-Bath. The two salesman that came out were very knowledgeable. They spent one and a half to two hours explaining things. What we talked about we got. The office people helped my wife out when she contacted them with some questions, they were very nice and helpful. The mechanic who did the install was very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job, we were very pleased with his work. He did everything he could to make it a pleasant experience for my wife and I. more

They modified a bathroom I had from a bath tub to shower. We love the shower. The workers were good guys. They cleaned up after themselves, they were courteous, and they showed up on time. It was all good. more

At their last home show, Re-Bath of Mid Florida had a new product that I had been looking for for a few years - 4x8 shower wall panels. After I saw that product I decided to have my guest bathroom remodeled. I got the panels in mocha and all of the other products that were installed matched it. Re-Bath did the complete remake of the bathroom including a new toilet, sink, mirrors, cabinets, tile flooring, and everything else. The bronze colors look great. The bathroom looks great. Josh is the sales person I dealt with. He was very nice. I really liked the installer. The installer was great, he was neat and exceptionally clean. He completed the job in three days. There were a couple of things that I didn't like. The first is that there was an excess of tile, which I paid for, that they took with them. I told them I wanted it back because I want to have the tile in case I need to have some replaced in the future, but I have not heard back from them. That is unacceptable. The other thing was the price. The cost was way out of line. The products are totally acceptable but I would think twice before spending that dollar amount again. more
