I have been a customer of Raytel Communications which is located in North Adams, Massachusetts for many years and have always found this company to be very professional and reliable. I hv used this service for a month. We don't get 24X7 support. For any information even ur usage details, remaining days everything u have to ask to ur agent under whom u hv purchased ur plan. Even I sent email and when agent was online I asked him again & again but no reply from him (Agent name is: Suman Natakala). When u make inquiries initially at tht time he talks very nicely and thn after no reply even after lots of emails. Sometimes we call them still not answering. Its a cheapest solution but very poor service. Once u stuck with some problems thn god helps u. I hv used this service for a month; Quality is good enough but very poor customer support.
