Big Ray is fast becoming famous for his super high quality meats. But one thing you may not know is they will make you the best fresh deli sandwich this side of the Pecos. Little Ray & Chad have both been the son of a butcher for about two decades now. They have gotten the hang of things around the shop the last couple of years. But they've been building killer sandwiches since they could walk. Stop in and have one of them make you a sandwich you won't soon forget. Pros: Superior meats, handled by real pros Cons: None more

Customer focused QUALITY! They adore locals who need to fill a freezer. They are never snotty to a foody who saw a show and wants to try a new cut. Tastey cuts beyond measure. And I cannot tell you how just plain NICE. I am not a butcher. I can't tell you how much I appreciate a local expert who can tell me what cut I need and how to cook it. They have an interest in the origin of the meat and it's processing. I'll never buy a cut of meat anywhere else. Pros: Educated palette Cons: none more
