This is the worst place to go to. Not only do they charge ridiculous prices. They also flat out lie about how long it takes. I believe they take advantage of the Hispanic community. They tell you it's fast to not worry they'll give you call. Their tax preparation fee was $322.00 I paid about $375 to have my taxes done. It was my first time so I thought it was normal. It's been a month since I did my taxes. They said it would take no longer than two weeks. To not worry that it would even take maybe five days. Well I won't be getting any of my refund until two months from now as I went ahead and had to call the IRS to prove who I was. The wait time I was on hold with the IRS was 1 hour and then another 45 minutes talking to the representative. Never ever going here again.
