Mrs Deborah needs to learn manners!!!! I was on hold for 20 minutes then she gets on the phone only to be rude and hang up! Way to treat a practice that IS NOT yours lady.\r Dr Gaimaro is great! but his staff... needs improvement. more

Dr. Robert Gaimaro is very knowledgeable. I have been a patient of his for 4 years, & I wouldn't change it. All of the staff are absolutely wonderful, attentive, caring and very professional. Yes I know some days you might need to wait a little longer, but it's worth it. I would definitely refer others to this facility!! more

I waited two hours to be seen and when i finally got to the back, they made me wait around 25 minutes until the doctor came in.When i finally got seen by the doc he gave me 10-15 minutes of his time and jetted out. He hardly gave me any room to talk. Every question i had he had nothing to say but ""oh no thats not it"" (without checking first) and ""well, we will take a look when you come in next week for a womens wellness check up. (money hungry much?) \r after all that i waited 30 minutes after the doctor left for them to check me out.. why you ask?? THEY FORGOT I WAS THERE!! On top of all that they failed to send me my prescriptions even after i called them! They had me on hold me 15 minutes then it went to voice mail when it hit 6:00pm because thats when they close. I left and message and got nothing back. I wasted so much time and money! I hope they go out of business! They dont care about the well being of others, only money. Its quite sad. more

Yes, there is sometimes a wait, and it is worth it. The front desk staff has always been kind and courteous to me in the 6 years I have been going there. More importantly, though, Dr. Gaimaro, Dr. Nicholl and Debbie are kind and caring. The entire staff has gone way beyond expectations with any issues I have had. After a serious skin cancer diagnosis, and dealing with the fact that I had no health insurance, Dr. Gaimaro and crew treated me to the extent of their abilities to attain a cure. They then helped guide me through the complicated maze of referrals, and provided trusted advice. Now, with Rapid Care's help and the team at UMC,and after 2 of 3 necessary surgeries, I am on the road to recovery. I trust Rapid Care and will continue to use their services. more

This place is scary. You are better off not telling them you have insurance or they will charge you more and do test and culture work that are not required. Pros: null Cons: null more

Finding a reliable and affordable Health care provider could be a rather challenging task. I am a California resident. While vacationing in Las Vegas I mentioned my tendonitis to my friend whom lives in Las Vegas. It was difficult to conceal my years of suffering. The sharp pain in my knuckle and joints did not allow me to open bottles, or handshakes. I have tried many types of prescribed medicine from my insurance carrier in California (the big ?K?), with no significant relief and getting some type of side effect. Although ?K? is not accepted for regular visit in Vegas, I decided that was worth to pay for a consultation at Rapid Care Medical Clinic. My experience could not have been better. The physician at the site, Gaimaro PAC, recommended injections of steroid. He explained the advantages, disadvantages, and made it clear that it was not a cure but a relief to my pain. Yes, it meant additional money as this procedure was not part of the visit. Best decision I made was to go for it. A few hours later the pain was dissipating, three days down the road I was back to normal. No more pain, sensation that I have not had in years. Pros: null Cons: null more

This place is terrible. I just left there and met up with the nastiest mexican woman in Las Vegas sitting at the front desk. She was rude and nasty and acted as if it was an inconvenience to even wait on you. Then after I asked to speak with a supervisor when I was done with her snarky, nasty remarks she had the nerve to say SHE WAS THE SUPERVISOR!!! Oh lawd, what is the world coming too. Do not go to this place, until this woman is fired!! This has nothing to do with the doctor as I have seen him before and he is extremely nice -- but they need to do something about the front desk. This facility is not rapid!! Maybe to some that is a good trait, but waiting for two hours to see a doctor is rediculous, then to get put in a room for 45 minutes and still no sign of a doctor is the icing on the cake. Besides there is no doctor , only a PA. The staff gets in no hurry, following the PA's example/unprofessional...but nice about it. At this point, who cares, your sick and just want to get out of there. Lingering in the waiting room or the patients room is ludicriss by all means for anything over 30 minutes. more

I took my son to three different Doctors. He is 4 year old and had a fever. and every where I went I was given Tylenol. I decided to stop at Rapid Care where a freind of minr takes his children. He said the Doctor was grate with kids. Indeed; my son was seen by Doctor Gaymaro who said that my son had an ear infection and that he agrees that the previous doctors did not begin anibiotic because it probably was not necesary. I was in need of a Doctor due to a serious infection. I was in town from London on vacation and was lost how the U.S Health care system worked. I was seen by Doctor Robert Gaimaro PA.C. I was in great hands. He took a history performed a thourough physical and gave me the most detailed patient education I have heard in years. Physician assistants are not physicians. He is not a doctor, he is a doctor's assistant. I am tired of people calling physician assistants doctors. Would you call a nurse's aid or assistant a nurse? more

I find it so unbelievable that the kind of service Stanford graduate Dr. Robert A. Gaimaro renders to his patients still exists! His bed side manner is beautiful, he actually listens!! I strongly believe that coming across Dr. Gaimaro was a HUGE blessing from up above! Ultimately, with his expertise and treatment he saved my life & I have no doubt that he is my little angel from heaven! He is also Spanish bi-lingual which I love, being bi-lingual myself! I am so thankful to have found a Dr. like him! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! :o) more

You hear alot of stories about long waits in doctors offices... less than congenial clerks, etc., and an obvious lack of caring. NOT in this case. This Rapid Care Medical Clinic just might be the best medical care facility I have ever frequented for my regular and urgent medical care. These folks care. And, they're not motivated by money. I don't have insurance and they're always giving recommendations on where to get my prescriptions filled to save money, etc. They are equipped to do EKG's, bloodtests, X-Rays and alot more, right there at the clinic. There's efficiency and genuine caring at every level. The gentlemen who have been handling my care are Steve (I never got his last name) and Robert Galmaro PA-C. The supervising MD, who I have not met as yet, seems to be Humberto Rodriguez, MD (his name appears on all of my prescriptions). Let me give you a kind of an analogy. These folks are like the old school family doctors who took care of everyone and everything medical in the community. Their patients were ran the gamut from the elderly... to children and infants. These folks are probably the best kind of diagnoticians around. In any event... these folks are courteous, caring and capable. I feel fortunate to have found this great facility to go to to get my healthcare. more

I was seen at this clinic back in 2003 sometime and had a very poor experience with the first Doctor that was there. My family Doctor had died and I needed to see a doctor and decided to go back. I encountered a new Dr. with excelent bedside manner, "American", and a graduate from a " U.S" Medical School, Stanford University PCAP to be exact. Anyway, the physician took the time to actualy listen to my health concerns, address each one of them, and render a treatment that was phenomenal. when i walked out of ther, I Felt as I was back in the 1970's, when a physician actualy cared about the concerns of a patient. The physicians name is Dr. Robert Gaimaro. I Highly recomed this guy. The clinical staff is rude and inpolite. The receptionist are very unfreindly, and the nurses are very un ethical, but the doctor is worth puting up with the staff. more

I live in the summerlin area of Las Vegas and was in need of a physician who could control my diabetes and cholesterol. I was recomended by a freind to Rapid Care where I was Seen by Dr. Robert Gaimaro.\r \r I found the physician very knowledgeable in the area of family medicine. He did a complete physical exam, ran some labs, and finaly put me on a medicine that controls my sugar. PROS: Highly recomend CONS: Can not think of one more
