I WAS SEEN ON TWO OCCASIONS AT THE ATTLEBORO OFFICE IN JANUARY 2011 AND AGAIN IN MARCH....!! FOR A GROWTH ON THE TIP OF MY NOSE. THE 1ST DR. TOLD ME THAT IT LOOKED LIKE A WART A...

A BUNCH OF QUACKS.......!!!!! 9/12/2011

I WAS SEEN ON TWO OCCASIONS AT THE ATTLEBORO OFFICE IN JANUARY 2011 AND AGAIN IN MARCH....!! FOR A GROWTH ON THE TIP OF MY NOSE. THE 1ST DR. TOLD ME THAT IT LOOKED LIKE A WART AND REMOVED IT. 3 WEEKS LATER I RECEIVED A CALL THAT I HAD TO RETURN FOR ADDITIONAL SURGERY WHICH WAS PERFORMED BY A 75 YO PHYSICIAN WHO SHOULD HAVE RETIRED YEARS AGO....!!! A LARGE INCISION WAS MADE AND TISSUE REMOVED FOLLOWED BY 7 STITCHES AND WAS TOLD TO RETURN 7 DAYS LATER FOR SUTURE REMOVAL...... AT THIS TIME - I WAS INFORMED THAT THE GROWTH WAS -NOT CANCER.!!! BASED ON PATHOLOGY REPORTS. I NOW HAVE A LARGE CREASE AND SCAR ON MY NOSE.......FOR NO REASON AT ALL! AND WAS TOLD ""IT WILL FILL IN.......!!!!"" IT IS NOW CLOSE TO THE END OF SEPTEMBER AND IT LOOKS JUST LIKE IT DID RIGHT AFTER THE UN-NEEDED SURGERY.......!!! I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO A REPUTABLE PLASTIC SURGEON........! THE 1ST PATHOLOGY REPORT ""INDICATED A CANCER"" THE 2ND PATHOLOGY REPORT ""INDICATED NORMAL TISSUE!!!!!!!....."" ONE WAY OR ANOTHER - THIS WILL BE REPAIRED BY A PLASTIC SURGEON AT THEIR EXPENSE VOLUNTARILY OR ORDERED TO DO SO - BY THE COURT............ more

*waited 90 minutes to be seen *hines is inconsiderate, uncaring, condescending and not empathic *now i understand why other dermatologists are booked for 3 months and i received an appointment with her in less than a week Cons: just about everything more

Worst dermatologist ever and i been to alot 11/17/2009

Dr. Hines is only there on Friday the wait is outrageous i had to cancell my apt. after waiting for two and half hours. Its a bussiness for her thats all. If you have serious skin problem try Dr. Andrew Samuel hes atleast knowledgeable and also in attleboro Cons: staff is rude and unsympathetic more

worst organization 5/12/2009

This place is the pits. They never return phone calls. They can't give you quick appointments and then the doctor says you should have come sooner. Doctors don't talk to receptionists and nurses. Hard to contact doctor when they work at more than one office. Surgeon from boston is incompetent. Prescription costs are outrageous. Pros: local Cons: non-reliable non-responsive unappointments more
