Ramsey Used Center

I dropped my car off for basic body panel work, a dashboard bulb replacement, a cd stuck in the changer, oil change, and tire rotation. I dropped it off on a monday with a promise to have it done by Friday. I don't hear anything until Friday morning when they call and say they can't fix the cd changer and they don't have the bulb. Ok, so at least the body will be fixed. I pick up the car, and after waiting 20 min for them to clean the car (knew I was coming all day) I go outside to leave and see a defect in the paint job on the new panel. more

My husband was involved in an accident and decided that he wanted to get his car fixed there. I told him that I always liked my service as Charles Gabus Ford but he said he'd prefer there. My husband dropped off the car to them the morning of November 15th and didn't get it repaired until December 18th. During the same week as Thanksgiving my insurance was not able to give them an okay on a repair because the adjuster's laptop crashed but during the same week they go the okay and they used that as an excuse the whole entire time. Every time I would call Steve in the body shop department they were either waiting on parts or they were just getting done. On the 12th, 13th and 14th I called and they said it would be done tomorrow. Don't waste your time!! Go somewhere else! more
