it was unbelievable! i asked for a certain color and it came out totally different than i had asked for. When i questioned why my hair did not look the way i wanted, the reply was the way you wanted was more expensive! can you imagine! she did not give me the choice!! if you still want to go here all i can say is good luck! more

All I can say is Trish is the best! I needed a change and knew who to go to. Trish took the time to consult with me and understood what I was looking for. She transformed me. I felt 10 years younger when I left the salon. I will never go to anyone else again. That woman is a miracle worker! more

I have been going to this salon for over twenty years. I have sat in every stylist chair and they are all great! I refer all my friends and family. They did my daughter 's bridal party and everyone looked beautiful. To the persons with the negative comments, get some class or go back to your six dollar haircuts. I told Trish I wanted to keep my hair long with soft, non-choppy layers. I did not ask to have my face framed. She framed my face with very short, psuedo-edgey pieces that will take months to grow out. more

Yesterday was the first time I visited Ralph Manne Salon. It was a great experience... Not only was the atmosphere nice; but Trish was great!!! She was so nice & made me feel comfortable trying something new! I got alot of compliments on my new do!! I will definetly be back to see Trish & recommend her & the salon. Thanks!!!!!! My experience with the Ralph Manne Salon has been wonderful and I know it will always be. I just moved to this area and I needed a hair salon ASAP. Everyone in the Salon were exceptional from the receptionist to Kathy to the owner Ralph. I will always be a client at the Ralph Manne Salon. I hope everyone has the experience that I had! more

Youval is not as great as the other reviewer said. His talent is average. The salon is dated. The prices are ridiculous. Youval packs in his customers, one every 15 minutes. I had to wait while he worked on a total of 5 or 6 other women while I was there for a cut and color. At the prices he charges you should get individual attention. Youval is more interested in making $$. Imagine almost $400.00 for a cut & color. This salon charges upscale prices without the upscale atmosphere. No pampering, no one offered me anything to drink or even a magazine. If you want to wait in line like a cow to get your hair done and then get ripped off, this is the place. Pros: none Cons: prices, stylist multi-tasks too many customers and makes you wait more

Its super expensive, the first time I went the stylist did a fabulous job but then it just kinda flopped from there. Then there was the make up incident.......I had to have my make up done as a bridesmaid as it was a very nice gift from my good friend/bride for her wedding. I honestly came out looking like a cross between George Burns and Bea Arthur, I didn't know that make up can make women look like their in drag. I bolted to the drugstore with my best friend while the bride was getting her hair done. It took one whole bottle of make up remover and a half a bag of cottonballs to get back to my real face. I wouldnt go back there if ya paid me, best part is, no one cared it was like tough, " so our make up artist stinks, is potentially color blind, and should do all the make up for vegas along with the annual Mummers Parade. I know I'm being harsh but it was that bad, I was so upset and my best friend seriously almost peed in her pants because she could not stop laughing at my George Burns eye brows while I was in sheer panic combined with horror. Not fun. Pros: they have pretty hair accessories at the counter to look at while you wait to pay Cons: customer service, staff, everything, their hair accessories are over priced,value more
