Annual Service Call 4/21/2021

Kenny's the best. If memory serves, he's been servicing our Rainsoft system since installation in 2010. Very efficient and personable. I would be less-than-pleased if another service rep was assigned to our account. more

Yearly service for my outdoor equipment and the water softener under my sink in the house 9/19/2019

Thorough service....replaced tank under sink for the drinking water. Cleaned up the room after the installation of the new tank. updated the info on my water softener equipment outside after adding a new block of salt. more

Kenny has always done an excellent job for us. He is personable and professional at all times. The issue I have is with the company wanting a 4 hour block of time, that is not a customer friendly policy. I have recommended to other people that they choose another product rather Rainsoft just because of the 4 hour policy. more

Rain Soft Tech AWESOME! 4/12/2017

Daren was above and beyond in SOOO many ways. We recently relocated from NJ to Ponte Vedra FL. Things are just a bit different here. Being the new home owners we decided we needed to freshen up our water and went with the simple drinking water service by rainsoft to start. Daren came and helped install. We also go to talking and he provided our family several options in the area for food, activities, contractors, etc. He truly came into our home, felt and treated us like a friend of 15+yrs. I can only hope the rest of our home projects have HALF the rapport as Daren. Completely would recommend rainsoft and ABSOLUTELY request Daren as your service tech! Thanks Daren! more

Daren was awesome.. knowledgeable and professional. We are extremely pleased with the system. The install was scheduled right away, the technician was great! He was quick and left no sign he was even there, except of course the new equipment! more
