Prices are very high, service is terrible and even if you bought from them before they are still distainful. I bought serveral items from them, they were never ready on time, on one occasion they did not have the stones we agreed on but I just let it go to get away from them. I have never worked with a jeweler who thought he was so much better than me. If you are just browsing or do not have alot of money STAY AWAY. Cons: High Prices, Bad Attitude, Not best stones more

I ordered a custom ring with Rainbows because of the low price but by the end of the process I was disappointed and frustrated at alomst everything. Among other things, when I sent my best man in to pick up the ring NOTHING had been done to it. Rainbows did not contact me to tell me it would not be done by the time they told me. This was the second attempt at picking up the ring, the first time the diamond was set crooked. They refunded my money but dicided to keep ten dollars of it for some reason. Do not recommend. Pros: Inexpensive Cons: , Poor Quality more
