ROC places emphasis on supports enabling each person we serve to achieve the highest degree of personal happiness and independence. Our staff are committed to providing individualized, wholistic, person-centered growth opportunities that meet each individuals needs and desires for their futures. Though WE provide the services, the actual creation of specific supports is directed by each individual we serve.
