Worst

Rainbow pre-school Center is very big. Most of the Staff there are very nice and professional. Couple of them have a great amount of issues. I have given the Director my concerns...

Concerned/Upset Parent 11/17/2011

The school make look nice but the director puts on an act... She is money hungry that's all. No consistency or stability for kids because teachers come and go. To many kids not enough staff and half of the staff there does not speak/write proper English! My child hurt herself and no one bothered to call me and make me aware of the situation. SAFETY is not first at this school. more

honest, safe & GREAT 2/8/2011

if you care about your childs safety, learning or friendships, then see ms. toke & her very pleasant program! i have been to 4 other programs in the valley but none have a director who is the best combination of a friend & professional. ive seen my daughter really benefit from the stability & activities that occur here (even during the "bad" days.) everyday the school has a theme...some of my daughters favorite are the parties with twinkles, the bounce house days, water play days, etc. i love the kids garden and nicely SHADED play areas...the school really is designed perfectly with plenty of space. i cant imagine my daughter any where else & wish we didnt waste our time at other not so great schools. any negative comments on cost are from parents who are certainly shortchanging their childs well being!!\r although working full time is difficult, i have always felt that ms.toke has been honest, safe & GREAT with my childs care. some of our favorite teachers: miriam, ruth, misty, cassie, more

Thankful Parents 1/13/2011

Dear Mrs. Toke and Daycare Staff,\r \r I'm writing to let you know what a great experience my daughters have had at your school. They have learned so many things, including what it's like to have wonderful teachers! You all exceeded my expectations for daycare.\r \r My two year old has been at Rainbow Early Learning since she was 6 weeks old; she was born with Brachial Plexus and needed therapy and had to wear a upper body cast for six weeks. I am so greatful for everything Rainbow Staff has helped us with, especially with our daughter Jaden. My little baby Mariah is especially happy and playful thanks to her many friends in the Baby Room; she already knows how to say "bye bye' and plays "Patty-Cake Patty-Cake"! Both my girls are very outgoing and social thanks to Rainbow Early Learning Daycare Center! \r \r Thank you for providing such a warm, safe, educational, and fun environment for Jaden and Mariah I will tell my friends what a great center you're running.\r \r Regards, \r Richard & Monica more

RELC Is The Best 1/11/2011

Rainbow Early Learning Center is the best in it's area! As a parent with a job that often relocates I've seen it all when it comes to preschool centers! I looked at almost every preschool in the area and there was always something that gave me that uneasy feeling no parent wants to feel when leaving there child! Ms. Toke has a beautiful school and is very caring and understanding to a parents needs! Her school is full of nurturing and friendly teachers! My son grew very attached to her and all her wonderful staff including his teacher Ms. Maurine! Although it broke our hearts to have to relocate again Rainbow Early Learning Center will always be one of our wonderful memories! I recommend this school to every parent in the area and hope maybe one day we will be back! more

A concerned parent 12/20/2010

Rainbow pre-school Center is very big. Most of the Staff there are very nice and professional. Couple of them have a great amount of issues. I have given the Director my concerns as a parent but NOTHING has been resolve. Parents need to know about what happen in this type of Center because the children need to be in a safe protective environment. I don?t want to go into detail because I mentioned it to the Director first so she can resolve it. Kids Ville seems like the right choice for my child as for now. more

This school all about making a profit for the owners.\r all talk....not enough teachers for the number of kids. Teachers lacking in experience. Owners just money hungry. Not caring or nurturing more

Quality Affordable Daycare 6/21/2005

Going back to work was the hardest thing that I have ever done, especially after a long search for a daycare center that I trust and respected. We finally found it at Rainbow Learning Center. Ms. Toke and her delightful staff are wonderful childcare providers. We were sad to leave them when we moved, especially their brand-new facility that was built for the daycare center. It is new and beautiful. I highly suggest a tour before making a final decision about your kids care. PROS: Affordable. Brand-new Center. CONS: more

Caring Staff 6/20/2005

Miss Toke runs a very nurturing childcare center with a very loyal and dedicated staff. They've recently relocated to their new location on Parthenia, and the facilities are brand new, and quite impressive. I've also found that their rates are very competitive. more
