I was looking for a db-9 to db9 cable and a nuel modem adapter. I went to 5 other places and no one seemed to be able to help me. I tried radio shack and they had almost everything in stock and they took time to look up the other parts i needed and called around and found the parts at another store they had it sent to the store and i picked it up there. they where very helpful there. Pros: good location, with lots of parking, staff willing to do the extras to make a sale Cons: Because its a smaller store it sometimes gets busy and you have to wail to check out . more
