When I visited the store I was looking for an iPad case. The store had the cases marked incorrectly for the prices. I picked up a black werx case that was marked 29.99 or the platinum werx case because that one was marked 39.99. I had the money ready to pay and was a little caught off guard when my total was ten dollars more than it should have been but since it was late (8:31pm) I thought I had done my math wrong. Once i got home i looked at my receipt and realized i was charged 39.99. I immediately tried to call the store but as it was 9:05 they were already gone. I went back to the store this morning 9/7/13 and asked to please have the 10 dollars refunded to me since the product was obviously marked incorrectly. The female store associate wasted at least 10 minutes of my time giving me a UPC code lesson and arguing with me that she can't help it if it was placed or marked incorrectly. She finally said her manager would be in at 11 and I could speak with her. The moral of the story is the associate that helped me this morning had HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I have worked in the retail industry for 20 years and if you mark something wrong you have to take responsibility for it since it is false advertisement. You also don't talk down to people regardless of what you think they may or may not know. I will NEVER shop at this location if any location ever again.
