I bought a warranted japanese replacement engine for my car and a mechanic named Miguel was recommended to me for the engine swap work by the shop who sold the engine. Unfortunately, I trusted this referral. I was told Miguel works at Radiator Engineer and when I called him he asked me to take the car to Radiator Engineer. Little did I know that Miguel referred me to this place but he DID NOT work there and had a garage somewhere else bvut was somehow in cahouts with the guys at Radiator Engineer. I should have known from the elusive answers I received about who would do the work but was still trusting. Big mistake!!! The guy at Radiator Engineer who swapped the engine did not know what he was doing. When I received the car back, it was not working right and I could not even pass the smog test(!!!) I had to take the car back several times before it finally worked right and I was able to pass the smog test. I then realized I had a big oil leak. They never told me about it and did nothin
