First quoted delivery time was not met. When we had GrubHub contact the restaurant, they re-quoted the time, which still was not met. The actual delivery time was 37 minutes late from the original quote.
When the driver finally arrived, he claimed he could not find parking, which was not true at the time. He asked to be met at his car, because he would not come up. At that point, we were running late and told the driver we would meet him on our way out. He called back again, saying he was still waiting. We said either bring up the food, or wait for us to meet him.
Extremely inconvenient for delivery at a relatively convenient apartment building.
The taste of the food was not worth the hassle of the delivery and the driver. Will not be doing business with this restaurant again.
