Rachel O'mara sold me a fake Tiffany bracelet on Ebay and refuses to give me a refund. Her consignment shop sells frequently on there. She lied in the ad and said "" paid hundreds for it at Tiffany "" when she in fact bought it on Ebay herself. I was willing to get a refund and forget it and she agreed to it but then she said she wasn't refunding me after she found out that the 45 day window has just passed for buyer protection and then lied to Ebay again about what was said. I spoke to Ebay and they agreed that I was right but had to work it out with her as the time frame had expired to do a item not as described. I did not suspect it was fake since she told me should paid hundreds at Tiffany but when I went to get it authenticated they said it was definitely fake. \r This is very dishonest behavior for a business owner and I want the community of Litchfield, Ct. to know about it. more

Love shopping here!!! Best consignment store around and conveniently located right on the main road. I make all my consignment appointments with Rachel because she not only has a professional side to her, but loves to chat and catch up like I have known her forever. Very sweet woman! Rachel does everything in her power to make the store look phenomenal and it shows! All tops and sweaters are organized by color and size, which makes it extremely easy to find just what I am looking for. If you are looking for nice, barely used, yet reasonably priced clothing, Rachel's is the place for you. Can't wait for the bigger building to be open! more

A must go! You will always find something great! Amazing designer clothing, shoes, handbags and jewelry. You don't have to hunt to find the good stuff, this place is full of it. I try to go as much as possible since new things are added to the floor daily. Highly recommend you stop in, but save the Louis Vuitton's for me! more

I was thrilled to find this place! They have a wide variety of styles. All brand names. Lots of desgner purses like Coach, Gucci,& Louis Vuitton. Freindly and helpful staff. Take your items in and receive half the selling price...sounds easy right? Not so! You don't get half of the price, you get what Rachel feels like paying you, if anything at all. All she has to do is say it didn't sell during the consignment period and you are out of luck! The other end of the exorbitant prices go into her pocket and her lavish living. Do not be fooled. more

I have purchased incredible jewelry, purses, suits, shoes etc at Rachels. Everything is in ""like new"" condition. When you hit it right you will leave a very happy shopper. The good stuff goes quick so stop in even if you only have 5 minutes. I picked up some unbelievable buys on the clearance rack!! I recommend her store to everyone!! This can be a great place to score-however they are also pricey. Once an item has been in the shop for 30 days it's 50% off so check the dates and wait. Also check out her sale racks located in the back of the ""common designer"" section next to the kids room. I have had nothing but the most pleasant experiences at this shop. It is practically the only place you can go and find great designer clothes, in great condition, at a fraction of what it would cost elsewhere. Rachel's Quality Consignment's selectivness is what makes this place a great place to shop. In these hard times it's nice to know there is a place I can go and really get my money's worth.
