Amazing service! We looked for the perfect property for over 2 years with Jim, and never once did he get frustrated with our demanding criteria. He knows the area extremely well, is fun to work with, and developed a good understanding of our desires.
This was complicated by the long distance purchase we were making, yet he maintained good communications, and selected properties that were worth the long trip to go see.
He was great on follow through and follow up, getting things done on time, and going way over the top on resolving issues that will always arise on complex purchases.
He continues to help long after the purchase has been completed, I feel like Ive made a friend more than just a business relationship.
