We absolutely loved our experience with R.C. Hill and Russell especially. I think having the no commission rule really works. Russell was so friendly and understanding. He gave us plenty of his time and was very patient. Because he also owns a Mitsubishi he was very knowledgeable about all the features the cars have to offer. When the sale was final after we had already taken hours of his time, he took the time to setup the Bluetooth in our car for both our phones and helped us get very familiar with the car before driving the car off the lot. Walked into the lot and Russell met us right away, no waiting even though we had not made an appointment in a very busy day. We told him we were only interested in the Outlander Sport and wanted to test drive only the models we had seen online. Russell took us out on a test drive and we knew this was the car for us. Awesome. Seleana was a great salesperson. Helpful, available and a great attitude. Did her job in a professional manner and even processed all my paperwork and financing over the phone before I even got to the dealership. Was in and out in less than an hour. Purchased my dream car, a 2011 Chevy Camaro with only 25k miles. Beautiful and well maintained with only one previous owner. My only gripe was the worn low profile tires on the car which I did not notice until I got home. But when I brought it to Seleana's attention she was able to get me the tires at the dealership prices. Great experience overall. Would buy from RC Hill Mitsubishi again! Purchasing my 2012 Fiat 500 from RC Hill was by far the easiest and most stressfree car buying experience I have ever had. Chuck Beardsley was great to deal with, very pleasant and ready to address all of our concerns without hesitation. I felt completely at ease and we were quite impressed with all the staff we came in contact during our visit to this dealership. The office and lot was neat and clean, the vehicles all had the prices clearly displayed and even though I visited this dealership to test drive this specific Fiat, we were never pressured to look at other cars or trucks just to make a better sale for them...which speaks volumes to caliber of sales reps they have on staff. I was shopping for a new car. RC Hill had the greatest selection of Mitsubishi's. I fell in love with the Lancer GT. When I called, I worked with Russell. He was Amazing!!! Most of the business was done over the phone because I did not live close to dealership. He was extremely knowledgable of the car and was able to satisfy all the requests I had for the car. When I finally had a day to go up and purchase the car it was easy. He walked me through everything possible in the car and even hooked up my phone with the bluetooth!!! I have been thinking about purchasing a new car for awhile but dreading it. I decided to visit the RC Mitsubishi website and fill out an application. I was called within 30 minutes by Anthony. We spoke a few minutes about the car I would like and concerns about my credit. He reassured me to come by and he would let me know in a few minutes how it would work. Of course on my way I thought about how dreadful this was going to be and all the other negative thoughts about car buying. I showed up and he greeted me outside before I even got a chance to walk in. I give him some information and he addressed my credit concerns by getting all my information to his finanacing department before I fell in love with a car I might not get. That was great! When we got back from the test drive and decided I liked the car, he then had someone check the car I was trading in. WIthin 10 minutes my key had been returned to me. I couldn't believe these people weren't going to hold me hostage! After the quote was given to me, which was a decent quote but a little too much, I told him the amount I would be comfortable with and he was able to get within $10 of it. That was that. No more haggling or negotions. It was really simple. I filled out all my paperwork still skeptical if the car was really mine. Even in the financing office it wasn't about negotiations regarding add on services. I was asked about them but when I said yes or no we moved on. I left within 2 hours of arriving with a car wanted and a price I felt comfortable with. Has car buying really changed that much since the last time I bought a car ( 6 years ago) or what it just this place? We drove to deland from 1.5 hours away to purchase a used car from the Hyundai dealership. Upon arriving in town we were told the vehicle sold that morning, even though we were told it had been put aside for us! We stopped at the R.C. Hill dealership and stumbled upon a great car, great deal and great, haggle-free service. They were honest and upfront about pricing and financing, plus we got top dollar for our trade in vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership, especially Mike Gray who was our ""sales-person"". He was not pushy at all and very honest, hard to find that at any dealership! more
