Had a heat stove repaired. The repairman was here 50 minutes. The bill was sent to me and we were charged $170.00 for one hour of labor. I sent a note with payment explaining how absurd $170.00 an hour was. (especially in this area and this time) I heard nothing from them. I called R&W to tell them how ourtageous the labor was, I received very little help from receptionist. She just told me those are our rates.\r
I will never call R&W again nor will I recommend them to anyone again. \r
I have known many of their employees and ex-employees my entire life and I will call one of these people to fix the stove (I have since found out that the fix should only take 15 minutes) for cash and I am sure much less money.
