The furnace in one of my rentals quit. I called Service Experts. They said it was useless. The furnace needed a new control board. It would cost $895.00. .In fact I really should replace the furnace at $3000.00 and I should do it today, RIGHT AWAY. I was stunned and a little taken aback because of the quick up sale. Called Rob Bell (he knows a lot of contractors) He recommended R & W in Lebanon Ohio. They came right out,figured the problem out, fixed it.It was the control board. I just got the bill from R & W. $344.75. Just wanted everyone to know. more

Summer A/C Crisis 3/28/2010

Had a large dinner party planned in the heat of summer and, of course, the a/c quit working on a Saturday. R&W sent out a friendly tech right away and found the fan on the compressor had broken. The part had to be ordered but in the meantime they loaned us a window unit. R&W was extremely responsive, friendly, and reasonably priced. They have my business from now on. more

Great place, great people 5/18/2007

I have bought two cars from R&W over the past 5 years and I plan to buy another in the next two weeks. They are absolutely honest. They do not over promise. They are kind and courteous and will not pressure you at all. I highly recommend R&W to all my friends every chance I get.How did I find them? My mechanic recommended them. He reviews most of their cars, does tune ups and mechanical evaluations. He says that R&W never sells problem cars to the public -- period. more

Fast service 11/14/2005

I had an after hours problem with my furnace. When I called, I was treated well and was told that someone would be right out. I thought I would straighten up the house for a bit before they arrived but someone came before I got much done. The service guy was very nice and quiet. I barely knew he was here. It didn't take long and he fixed the problem since he already had an extra part in his van. I was impressed with the personality of the service guy. The price was also very reasonable especially since I called well after hours. more
