We had RS Seamless Gutters install the seamless gutters. When we purchased them we asked if the leaves would clog the gutters and we were told they would not and if this occurs please call and we will come clean them out. When they came out to install the gutters they let our dogs out of the yard and run free through the neighborhood and did not tell us. My husband called them and left a message informing them. My husband discovered them running on the street when he got home from work. They never called to apologize. They are our babies! Then today I called and left two separate message about our gutters being clogged. They finally called back. The man I spoke with stated I had to have the contract in hand to be able to do anything. I started to tell him how unhappy we have been about their customer service and that I was going to report them. He told me if I did he would sue us for reporting them and then told me several times to "F Off". He also said if I reported them it would not go anywhere. I am not afraid of this company and man. If he comes out and gets angry he could lose his temper and hit me. If he lost it this quickly over the phone. I do not know what to do about this since now I am fearful and we have this product by RS seamless Gutter. The man I spoke to on the phone now will not leave me alone and keeps texting me even though I asked him to leave me alone.
