I literally can't find the words, but I am absolutely positively happy with R&R. Their service is amazing. Their products are beautiful, and the craftsmanship is out of this world. I had my fiancé ring appraised an outside appraisal completely away from NYC. I was worried about cooperation agreements or scams, and I can tell you she was completely blown away. She said the work on that particular piece was astounding, and she even requested their information. She stated that everything was either what they said or better, and told me that I should definitely get my wedding bands with them. I'll be honest. I've been using Robert and Romy for more than eight years. I've recommended them to many friends and family who repeatedly return. The quality of the product is excellent but their level of service is what is most impressive. I took in a tennis bracelet yesterday eight years after buying it because a diamond had fallen out of it. They replaced it, polished it and returned it to me in 90 minutes. That's typical of them.
