I went through Home Depot to get a Quote for an electrical boiler installation, they put R J Groner in touch with me. I made an appointment to meet them a t my vacation home (100 miles away) and they spent an hour going through my home and discussing quotes, which we agreed they would get one to me for Electrical Boiler and also Ductless in the next two days. Anyway no quotes arrived and I had to contact them myself, then I get a phone call saying the director of the company refused to give an electric boiler quote ... but nobody decided to tell me and just left me hanging ... do NOT invite these people into your home, they will waste your time and just try to sell you a Ductless system which is all they do ... shame on Home Depot as well. more

Got connected with RJ Groner through Home Depot while inquiring about having a Fujitsu split unit heat/ac installed into my house. The unit works great for the 4yr now not one problem. Had a second unit installed two years later. The second unit stop working and was under warranty, they came and fixed it no charge. The second unit stopped working a year later and although the warranty was up, the owner Mr. Katz called me directly and said he will send his best man down to make sure it was fixed! This is a company that stands behind their work! I highly recommend them. more

Recently called RJ Groner for a second opinion. The first company told me that I needed to replace the compressor on my heat pump for a whopping $3000. A friend recommended that I call RJ Groner before agreeing to such an expensive repair. They sent out a knowledgeable technician who thoroughly inspected my system and determined that I did not need to replace the compressor. He quoted me a price to replace the capacitor that cost me a total of $179. My heat pump is working great and I didn't replace something that wasn't broken.
