My husband and I decided to look into some of their rental properties. We were not greeted very enthusiastically! In fact we stood inside the office for about 10 minutes before we were even offered service. We were finally given a list of available properties. We asked to use the keys to a few of the properties. The receptionist seemed very hesitant to release the keys. After she made copies of our identification and we had given her a deposit for the keys, we set off to look at the properties. We rode past a few and settled on one that we thought was worthwhile. We brought the keys back to the agency and filled out an application for the house. The application was accepted with our application fee. We were instructed to check back in a couple of day for an answer regarding our application. Well, a couple of days passed. We decided to check on our application status. To our surprise, our application was not even processed. In fact, there was a long line of people who were filling out their applications for the same property. We were informed that the property owner had specific guidelines that must be met. We were also rudely informed that our application fee had already been taken and that we would just have to wait. I was in shock! We hadn't even mentioned the money. We decided to withdraw our unprocessed application at this point. Sure, our $20 was non-refundable, but our self respect is priceless. A little rudeness goes along way and I will never attempt to do business with this company again.
