I was impressed with the way the older gentleman went around talking to the customers in the rest. He made it a seem as if you were at his house. I saw him tell a young soldier how much he appericated what the young soldier was doing for our country. The older gentlemen went further to tell him that Quiznos gave a 15% discount to the military active or retired. The food was served up with a smile and quickly . They were busy but the crew still had fun it seemed something has really changed down there my business was appericated. I do not see this very often it is a refreshing change and I will pass this along to my co-workers.
Pros: The older gentleman made the experience but the employees made it fun and quick.
