I ordered lunch for one of our teams spending over $350 back in April of 2013. Ordering online I completed the transaction and included a tip as part of the overall purchase so nothing would be due on the day of delivery (the following day). While I was not the person that received the order at the door, reviewing the receipts, the delivery driver showed that they knew what they were doing. A receipt with the order total (before the already included tip) was presented and an additional tip was solicited; however, the driver already knew that there was a tip included as they indicated on the receipt the overall amount including both tips. Looking at the receipt, the total and hand written tip amount do NOT equal the 'Total' amount listed on the receipt.\r

After complaining through the Quizno's website, I received an email fro Avtar S Brar on 4/17 (I'm assuming from the store despite that it was an msn email address) stating, ""I'm looking in to this will get back to you by tomorrow, sorry for the confusion."" That was 2-weeks ago. After spending around $1K on a single day for all three of our sites through Quiznos, I will not be using the company again. It is sad that a single store can affect the entire company, but I don't have the time or willingness to continue using Quiznos when I can use Subway or Jimmy Johns at all three locations to make my job easier. This was just terrible customer service/follow through the entire way.\r
