Nice, nice people 7/12/2006

My husband and I have been using these people for about two years now with absolutely no problems. They are nice, thoughtful and even on one occasion brought a product to our home for a nail fungus. At no cost to us! I occasionally will go to a different salon to see what's new, and always go back to them. I have never felt like they cheated us or tried a hard sell. more

Hard Sell! 7/23/2005

These people are unbelievable. They will try to sell you everything under the sun. After repeatedly telling them I was in a hurry and JUST WANTED A FILL, they charged me for all upgraded services, kept me waiting, half done for half an hour so that I missed my appointment, and all in all, a "simple fill" cost me $40.00. Never again! more
